KINESIOLOGY

Kinesiology is a holistic practice that combines the Western approach with traditional Chinese medicine. It was discovered in the 1960s by chiropractors who linked physical pain and emotion. Kinesiology is defined as the use of muscle testing to identify imbalances in the body’s structural, chemical, emotional or other energy, to establish the body’s structural, chemical and emotional energy, to establish the body's priorities for healing. Kinesiology uses muscles as monitors of stress and imbalance within the body. It is a technique of energy balancing and is grounded in the study of anatomy and physiology.

The goal of kinesiology is to find mental, physical and emotional balance.
